Dr. Rankin is the best! I had a sudden and alarming behavioral change in one of my sweet kitties and the wonderful people here fit us in right away! Everyone was so nice and very professional from the get-go. Dr. Rankin was very thorough and included me in the decision-making process as far as diagnostics and treatment plan. I really cannot speak highly enough of my experience.
Everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant, patient, and friendly from the vet to the groomer to the front desk person. Also, my dog seemed calm and happy after his hair appointment, which is unusual for him. And they did a phenomenal job on his haircut! They discussed with me before performing any veterinary services and have a clean office. I look forward to bringing my dog back!
I can’t say enough good things about this office! Any time my dog has a small emergency we’ve been told to come in right away and he’s always seen very quickly. Dr. Williams & Dr. Rankin and their team are extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their explanation of what they find and their treatment plan. Everyone in the office treats my dog as if he’s theirs. Panic and I thank you for all that you do!
Dr. Williams is the absolute best! He treats all of my fur babies and I would never take them anywhere else. Top notch care all the way!
I took my fur babies in for grooming and fecal test. Everyone at Gaines school treated us with professionalism and kindness. The groomer asked me how I wanted my dog hair cut and they followed my request. They updated me with status when I called and made sure that I was satisfied with their grooming before we left. I will be returning for future grooming and vet care. You all are awesome. Please don’t change how you are!
Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful getting checked in. Tech staff helping to admit pet was very friendly to both me and my pet, I really appreciated how gentle she was and patient while handling my animal. Dr. Glover was knowledgeable and had valuable advice for making medical decisions and plans for my pet!
Everyone was amazing and treated a new pup Dad and an anxious pug with kindness and professionalism. The staff is great! And Hawk thanks all and especially Chaz for such a wonderful grooming!!
